Senior HR Business Partner

Founded in 2013, NOVELIC has built up a strong portfolio of IPs and patents relating to mmWave radar and vision-based perception, and has since shipped tailored solutions for leading automotive and industrial companies in all regions.

Since 2023, NOVELIC has been part of Sona Comstar Group, an Indian Tier 1 automotive company, paving the way towards NOVELIC establishing itself as a supplier of ADAS solutions for the Indian market.

Key responsibilities:

Strategic partnership

• Cooperation with business line managers and leadership structure for business development and people development
• Proactive risk management, fluctuation management and performance management
• Working with HR tools and implementation of HR processes (performance evaluation, OKR, people development)

Recruitment and selection

• Cooperation with leadership structure for defining needs for new employees
• Job ads
• Organization, process tracking and administration of feedback
• Sending offers

Onboarding of employees

OKR and performance review

• Coordination and tracking process of defining Objective Key Results for employees
• Planning and implementation of performance review process

Offboarding of employees

Compensation and benefit program implementation

Participation in developing organizations’ processes and procedure

Qualifications:

• Extensive understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, learning & development, employee relations, and career frameworks
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR compliance requirements
• Proven ability to design, implement, and scale HR processes, policies, and frameworks from the ground up
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and influence strategic decision-making
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
