Scope & Responsibilities

RTE (primary):

• Plan & run PI Planning, ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums, System Demo, Inspect & Adapt.

• Manage cross-squad dependencies, risks, and critical path; maintain the program board.

• Enforce quality gates (readiness checklists, safety/ASPICE evidence, CI/CD status).

• Optimize flow (WIP limits, bottleneck removal, lead time reduction); publish program OKRs/KPIs.

• Facilitate change/variability management without destabilizing cadence.

Delivery Owner (as assigned):

• Own scope, schedule, quality and milestone delivery for named Customer Projects.

• Lead release readiness: D-14 delta-to-green, D-3 Go/No-Go recommendation; manage change control and acceptance.

• Coordinate with suppliers/CM for HW readiness (PPAP/EoL testers) and SW readiness (code freeze, regression, safety case deltas).

• Drive issue resolution (8D), handle escalations, keep customer alignment.

Delegated Decision Rights:

• ART: Sequence features; enforce or pause work on quality breaches; approve PI trade-offs within agreed capacity; mandate corrective actions.

• Project (DO): Approve minor scope trade-offs within budget/timebox; reallocate squad capacity between features; sign Go/No-Go recommendation (PM retains final A).

• May block a release that fails quality/safety gates (documented in Jira; escalate to PM/CTO).

What you bring:

• 6–10+ years in program delivery (RTE / Program Scrum Master / Delivery Owner) in embedded or automotive.

• Hands-on grasp of radar systems (RF front-end, calibration), embedded C/C++/AUTOSAR, signal processing, validation/HIL, ASPICE & ISO 26262 basics.

• Strong facilitation, escalation handling, and stakeholder management with OEMs/Tier-1s.

• Tools: Jira/Confluence, Polarion/DOORS (or similar), Git/Jenkins/GitLab CI.
