Founded in 2013, NOVELIC has built up a strong portfolio of IPs and patents relating to mmWave radar and vision-based perception, and has since shipped tailored solutions for leading automotive and industrial companies in all regions.
Since 2023, NOVELIC has been part of Sona Comstar Group, an Indian Tier 1 automotive company, paving the way towards NOVELIC establishing itself as a supplier of ADAS solutions for the Indian market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
What You’ll Drive
• QMS strategy (ISO 9001), ASPICE integration, Safety & Cyber interfaces (ISO 26262 / ISO/SAE 21434, UN R155/R156)
• Release governance: checklists, evidence, and decisions across HW/SW/PPAP
• Audits (internal/supplier/customer), 8D culture, metrics & management reviews
• Tooling/traceability policy (Jira, Polarion/Reqs, CI/CD, SBOM)
Decision Powers
• Quality veto on Safety/Cyber/PPAP blocking items
• Stop-the-line for quality risks; chair Waiver Board decisions
YOUR PROFILE:
• 8–12+ years in automotive quality or systems delivery; ASPICE/Safety/Cyber exposure
• PPAP/VDA 6.3 familiarity; strong facilitation with OEMs/Tier-1s
• Tools: Jira/Confluence, Polarion/DOORS, CI/CD, SCA/SAST
