Key responsibilities:
- Programming of PCBs, including bootloader upload and firmware flashing
- Verification of firmware versions, checksums, and functional testing
- Sensor calibration (RF, offset, parameter setup as required)
- Identification and handling of faulty PCBs, including coordination with repair team
- Preparation and maintenance of programming and test environment
- Execution of mass production flashing procedures (erase → flash → verify → lock)
- Documentation and reporting (test results, faulty units, programming logs)
- Maintaining full firmware traceability per serial number
- Handling PCBs from receipt to delivery of programmed units
- Continuous process improvement and documentation
Qualifications:
- Technical high school diploma (electrical, mechanical, automation, or related field)
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy in firmware and testing processes
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements, firmware updates, and production procedures
- Proactive mindset with ability to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Capability to work under high-volume production pressure while maintaining quality (up to 400 pcs/8h)
- Strong team player with good communication across engineering, quality, and production teams
- Sense of ownership and accountability for quality and traceability
- Problem-solving skills with ability to analyze failures and support root cause analysis
